Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Water Treatment Personnel to manage the water treatment systems within a residential estate. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in an estate environment and reside within the Lekki-Ajah axis for ease of access and prompt response to issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain the estate’s water treatment facilities
• Ensure consistent supply of clean, treated water across the estate
• Carry out regular checks and maintenance on water treatment equipment
• Troubleshoot and promptly resolve any faults or system malfunctions
• Maintain detailed records of water treatment activities and system performance
• Monitor water levels, chemical dosing, and filtration systems
• Coordinate with the estate management for repairs and part replacements
• Comply with all safety and health regulations
• Respond promptly to emergencies or water supply issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience in water treatment, especially in a residential estate setting
• Sound knowledge of water treatment systems and equipment
• Must reside within the Lekki–Ajah axis (mandatory)
• Ability to work independently and respond swiftly to operational needs
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Minimum of SSCE or relevant technical training
