Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and team supervision while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure optimal inventory control and conduct regular stock audits.
• Implement and maintain warehouse layout for efficient workflow and space utilization.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to meet performance targets.
• Track and report key warehouse metrics, ensuring continuous process improvements.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, suppliers, and internal departments for smooth operations.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to monitor and streamline processes.
• Resolve any operational issues or customer complaints related to warehousing and logistics.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar logistics/supply chain role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Experience :4 years or more

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦250,000.00 – ₦300,000.00 per month
