The Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a professional, friendly demeanor.

• Minimum Qualification : OND
• Experience Level : Entry level
• Experience Length : 2 years
• Working Hours : Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Handle guest requests or complaints professionally and promptly.
• Clear tables, clean the dining area, and reset tables for the next guests.
• Issue bills and accept payments, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND in any field of study
• 2 years of working experience is required
