Job Description:

Planet G Hotel & Lounge is seeking a friendly, professional, and energetic Waitress to join our team. You will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests in the restaurant and lounge area.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to guests promptly.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve meals and beverages with a high level of professionalism.
• Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and maintained throughout service.
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell when appropriate.
• Process payments and maintain accurate bills.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints gracefully.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waitress is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, positive attitude and a team player.
• Ability to stand for long hours and work flexible shifts (including weekends and evenings).
• Neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Must have a reliable guarantor.
• Must be able to easily commute to Elimgbu, Port Harcourt.

Pay: From ₦35,000.00 per month
