Job Description:

1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, escorting them to their tables, and ensuring their comfort.

2. Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes, specials, and beverage options.

3. Take accurate food and drink orders from guests and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.

4. Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

5. Monitor and anticipate guest needs, promptly addressing any requests or concerns.

6. Provide recommendations and suggestions to guests based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.

7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.

8. Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions.

9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.

10. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

4. Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.

5. Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine pairing and cocktail mixing, is preferred.

6. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ikeja: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Experience:

• Waiter/Waitress: 3 years (Required)

Pay: ₦60,000.00 – ₦80,000.00 per month
