Swift Consulting* …. an Education, Human Resources and Management firm is currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced applicant to fill the role of *Waitress / Supervisor* for one of our clients in the Hospitality industry.

*MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Greet and serve customers professionally, ensuring a high-quality dining experience.
• Supervise waitstaff and ensure smooth service operations.
• Train and mentor junior staff members.
• Manage reservations and coordinate table assignments.
• Assist in stock control and inventory management.
• Support management in daily operational tasks.
• Manage orders, payments, and reservations efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant

*REQUIREMENTS* :

• HND/BSc degree in Hospitality management or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₦100,000.00 – ₦150,000.00 per month
