We are seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused waitresses to join our team at Zaya & Ryan’s, a lively restaurant and sports lounge. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant attitude, and a passion for providing outstanding service.

• Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
• Experience Level : Entry level
• Experience Length : 1 year
• Working Hours : Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly.
• Present menus and take food & drink orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables are properly set and kept clean before, during, and after service.
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints with a positive attitude.
• Process bills and handle payment transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and lounge areas.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service delivery.
• Follow all restaurant safety and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification.
• 1 year of experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, courteous, and presentable.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
