Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Waiter/Cashier in our small fast food restaurant. As a Waiter/Cashier, you will be responsible for taking orders from customers, serving food and drinks, handling payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they arrive and provide them with menus
• Take orders from customers and ensure accuracy of their requests
• Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Process payments from customers and handle cash transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns and complaints promptly
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure prompt delivery of orders
• Upsell menu items and promotions to customers

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a waiter/cashier in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team and handle high-pressure situations
• Good cash handling and math skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent

Pay: ₦40,000.00 – ₦50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
