Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Editing

• Film and produce high-quality videos using single and multi-camera setups
• Edit footage into compelling short-form and long-form content for social media and campaigns
• Add transitions, subtitles, pop-ups, and motion graphics to enhance viewer engagement
• Select appropriate music, sound effects, animation, and B-roll for video content
• Stay current with trends in video editing, social media content styles, and digital storytelling
• Deliver all video content outlined in the content calendar on time
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive to ensure content aligns with brand goals

Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation

• Design static graphics, including flyers, banners, proposal templates, pitch decks, presentations, and other visual assets
• Create branded materials for use across different departments: marketing, business development, client proposals, etc.
• Develop layouts and graphics for web pages, newsletters, and printed materials
• Ensure visual consistency across all designs in alignment with brand identity
• Review and revise design materials based on feedback from team members and leadership
• Contribute creatively to design ideas that enhance internal and external communications

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Graphics Design, Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts, or related field
• 2–3 years of proven experience in both video editing and graphic design
• A portfolio showcasing diverse work across video, graphics, and motion design
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Canva, CorelDraw, or similar platforms
• Handling professional video camera equipment
• Demonstrated experience designing for both digital and print
• Solid understanding of branding, layout, and design aesthetics
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Must be cheerful, resourceful, and able to work independently
