Job Description:

We are looking for a talented UX Designer to join our team and create seamless, user-friendly digital experiences. You will be responsible for researching user needs, designing intuitive interfaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product usability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand customer needs.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and accessible designs.
• Analyze user feedback and data to improve UX design decisions.
• Ensure consistency in visual and interactive elements across products.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and conducting usability tests.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Portfolio showcasing UX design projects.
• Familiarity with Jira
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for accessibility and inclusive design.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Remuneration:

• N130,000 (Probation period – 3 months)
• N150,000 (After Probation)
