UI/UX Product Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Product Designer to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design, prototyping, and usability testing while collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, analyze insights, and translate findings into effective design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with business and user needs.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Work closely with developers to implement designs, ensuring feasibility and usability.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies.

Technical Skills:

• UI/UX Design Expertise: Proficiency in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles, including wireframing, prototyping, and user flows.
• Design Tools Proficiency: Experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD , or similar design software.
• Interaction Design: Understanding of interaction design principles to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• User Research: Skills in conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights.
• Knowledge of Design Systems: Experience in creating and maintaining design systems for consistency across products.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Experience designing responsive and accessible interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and UX research techniques.
