Job Description:

We require intelligent, ambitious designers seeking to scale the heights of both UI/UX & intricate Product Designs plus explore and perfect the creative process, prototyping, testing and team leadership. The ideal candidate should be skilled in UI/UX Design, Frontend Dev. complex crypto trading platforms, DeFi,Trading Bots etc. Someone comfortable with financial products involving figures. Something more than logo, basic dashboard and landing pages.

We provide financial infrastructure, crypto economy products; CEX, DEX, DeFi products; wallet, loan credit platform, and related products. Responsibilities:

1. Develop the ULIT platforms

2. Translate concepts into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes leading to intuitive UX.

3. Design UI/UX and complex products for our ecosystems.

4. Work with product managers and developers to meet user needs and business objectives

5. Develop and maintain a consistent design system and style.

6. Work with other designers and cross-functional teams on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.

7. Create architecture, user scenarios, user journey, wireframes, UI designs and full cycle of product design including testing.

8. Establish beautiful, expressive, and intuitive visual, motion, and interaction design with patterns, across all platforms (Web, iOS, Android).

Write technical documentation and guidance on how, why components, styles, and patterns are applied in code and design.

Work with developers, copywriters; Designing and optimizing web layouts and pages

Qualifications:

1. You must be comfortable with lots of reading, researching and creatively designing and writing technical information and displays of quantitative data.

2. Must possess a First-Class or Upper Second-Class Honours

3. Proven experience as a UI/UX & Product Designer, and possesses a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.

4. Proficiency in product design as well as being able to provide top-notch, requisite assistance to product engineers when needed

5. Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences

6. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

7. Experience with digital assets and FinTech platforms

8. Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices

9. Experience with user research and usability testing

10. Skilled in PWA, Photoshop/Figma/Sketch/Illustrator, Axure;

11. Knowledge (and experience) of HTML/CSS, front-end development including React JS is a plus

12. 3+ years in a UI/UX position; Knowledge of modern trends in mobile, web2 and web3 development; Experience in creating interfaces from scratch; and Ability to work independently
