Job Description:

Key Requirements–

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience for web and mobile platforms
• Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive, user-centered design solutions
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and basic front-end languages (HTML, CSS)
• Proven ability to create both graphics and short videos for social media (video editing skills required)
• Experience with wellness, yoga, or lifestyle brands (preferred, not mandatory)
• Familiarity with Wix and WordPress platforms
• Deep understanding of accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and performance optimization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze website data to inform design decisions
• Create clean, consistent layouts aligned with our brand guidelines
• Design intuitive page elements and develop wireframes, storyboards, and user flows
• Ensure logical, user-friendly navigation and organize/archive past content
• Design and test interfaces for seamless performance across all devices
• Optimize images and videos for web, enable lazy loading, and monitor site speed- Implement accessible design practices (WCAG standards)
• Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices in design
• Design and test all forms (contact, bookings, event sign-ups) for usability
• Organize and optimize image/video libraries
• Design engaging graphics and short videos for social media platforms
• Track user behavior with analytics tools, collect feedback, and implement improvements- Work closely with developers, content creators, and marketing teams
• Maintain daily and weekly timesheets detailing tasks and hours worked
