Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications across various brands and platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Collaborate with product teams to understand business requirements and translate them into user-centered solutions.
• Ensure design consistency and scalability by contributing to and maintaining design systems and UI style guides.
• Work closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Optimize designs for accessibility, performance, and responsiveness.
• Continuously improve and evolve UX strategies through iteration, feedback, and analytics.

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, interaction design, and visual design skills.
• Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and mobile-first principles.
• Understanding of basic HTML/CSS to effectively collaborate with development teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
• Experience working in Agile or collaborative, iterative environments.

• Experience designing for SaaS, EdTech, or FinTech platforms.
• Knowledge of user testing platforms (e.g., Maze, Lookback).
• Familiarity with animation tools or micro-interaction design (e.g., Principle, After Effects).
• Background in branding, graphic design, or content design.
