Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences that enhance customer satisfaction. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to bring innovative digital experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business goals.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders for feedback and approval.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and usability testing.
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Ability to create responsive and accessible designs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of motion design and interactive prototyping.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Miro, or Jira.
