Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI Designer to join our team and take ownership of the user interface design for a progressive web application (PWA) and mobile application. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a project manager to ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design user interfaces for a progressive web application (PWA) and mobile application that align with the project’s goals and user needs.
– Collaborate closely with the project manager to understand requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
– Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
– Ensure designs are responsive, user-friendly, and consistent across all platforms (web and mobile).
– Work within brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency and enhance the user experience.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.
– Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and end-users.
– Prepare and deliver design assets to the development team, ensuring seamless implementation.

Qualifications:**
– Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
– Proficiency in Figma
– Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
– Familiarity with progressive web applications (PWAs) and their design requirements.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work directly with a project manager and other team members.
– Knowledge of user-centered design (UCD) principles and best practices.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
– Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required.

Preferred Skills:
– Familiarity with **design systems** and component-based design.
– Experience with motion design or micro-interactions is a bonus.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 – ₦200,000.00 per month
