Job Description: 

As the Head of Training, you will lead and manage the institute. This role is pivotal in overseeing the development, implementation, and delivery of high-quality training programs while managing daily operations, student admissions, and industry partnerships. You’ll ensure that trainees are equipped with job-ready skills aligned with global wellness standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive beauty and wellness training programs that reflect industry best practices and manage the day-to-day operations of the training institute, including staff supervision, budgeting, scheduling, and compliance.
• Drive student recruitment strategies, manage admissions, ensure enrollment targets are met, and oversee student development through tailored assessments, practical evaluations, and ongoing support.
• Build and maintain partnerships with industry stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and corporate clients and ensure the institute’s operations adhere to accreditation and health/safety standards.
• Collaborate with spa management to facilitate job placement and readiness of graduates and launch and scale the training institute to achieve monthly trainee enrollment targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a training institute or educational establishment.
• Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a strong advantage.
• Certification in People Management or Administrative Support is an added advantage.

Salary

N500,000- N600,000 Net

Experience: Training Expertise: 5 years (Required)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₦500,000.00 – ₦600,000.00 per month
