Job Description: 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Training Facilitator to conduct soft skills training for students & learners on a Contract basis in Kano. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in soft skills training, effective teaching methods, and the ability to engage and inspire learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive soft skills training sessions to students.
• Develop and implement training materials that enhance students’ communication, teamwork, leadership, and professional skills.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with the team to improve training effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in soft skills training and facilitation.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
• Experience in adult education, coaching, or mentoring is a plus.
• Availability to conduct training on a part-time basis in Kano.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From ₦40,000.00 per day
