Must-Have Qualifications/Skills

• Proven Experience in QSR Operations : A minimum of 3-4 years of experience working in quick-service restaurant environments, with a strong understanding of QSR workflows, customer service standards, and operational challenges.
• Training Expertise: Demonstrated ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, preferably in a fast-paced retail or hospitality setting.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences, including new hires, experienced staff, and senior management.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and health/safety standards while maintaining meticulous training activities and outcomes records.
• Leadership and Coaching Skills : Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor teams to achieve operational excellence and embrace a culture of continuous learning.
• Adaptability and Problem-Solving : Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and resolve training-related issues in dynamic QSR environments.
• Certifications (Preferred) : Relevant certifications in training and development, food safety (e.g., ServSafe), or QSR management are highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, New grad

Pay: ₦250,000.00 – ₦350,000.00 per month
