We are seeking a Ticketing and Reservation Officer to assist customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.

• Experience Level : Entry level
• Experience Length : 2 years
• Working Hours : Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and resolving issues related to reservations and ticketing.
• Utilize computerized reservation systems to process bookings accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with airline and hotel policies.
• Stay updated on travel regulations and industry trends to provide customers with relevant information and recommendations.
• Ensure a seamless booking experience for our clients while maximizing sales and revenue for the travel agency.

Requirements:

• HND/BSc in Business Admin or related field
• 2+ years experience in related work experience
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• IATA Certification is a big plus
