Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Tele-Sales Officer to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and building lasting customer relationships over the phone. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding Winock Solar’s customer base.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell Winock Solar products and services.
· Follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.
· Identify customer needs, explain product features and benefits, and recommend suitable solar solutions.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
· Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
· Handle inquiries, objections, and complaints in a professional manner.
· Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team based on customer responses and market trends.
· Schedule appointments for field sales representatives when necessary.
· Participate in product training and stay up-to-date with company offerings.
Requirement and Qualification:
· Minimum of HND/BSc in any discipline.
· 3+ years Proven experience in tele-sales, customer service, or a related role preferably in the renewable energy or FMCG industry.
· Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Pay: From ₦150,000.00 per month
