We’re seeking a qualified Junior sales manager who can help keep this engine running with their own sales skills as well as leadership of a team of driven sales representatives. The ideal sales manager has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We’re looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills — someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. The role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives while building and maintaining a high-performance team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute telemarketing strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telemarketing representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance skills.
  • Design and implement call scripts, ensuring compliance with company policies and communication standards.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to align telemarketing efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Generate regular reports on team performance, campaign results, and key metrics.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with potential customers.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience (minimum of 3 years) in telemarketing, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with strong team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and industry trends.
