Job Description:

We are seeking to hire a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Specialist to support the design, implementation, and management of our IT infrastructure and cloud services. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in network configuration, cloud platforms, Office 365 administration, security best practices, and IT project coordination. This role requires both technical competence and the ability to plan and manage complex systems to support the company’s growth.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot routers, firewalls, and wireless access points (Cisco, Ubiquiti, MikroTik, etc.)
• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 Business Standard—licensing, users, security, SharePoint, and Teams
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
• Design, implement, and manage IT network architecture and connectivity
• Coordinate IT projects, upgrades, and system rollouts
• Implement and maintain security policies and procedures (firewalls, endpoint security)
• Provide user support and training for software, cloud platforms, and office technologies
• Monitor and optimize system performance and resource usage
• Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and configurations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on technology solutions
• Participate in capacity planning and IT strategy sessions

Requirements:

• Networking: Strong knowledge of network design, TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, WiFi configuration
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Microsoft 365: Hands-on experience in Office 365/ Microsoft 365 administration
• Security: Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and basic implementations
• Project Coordination: Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, or project management principles
• Hardware Support: Ability to troubleshoot and support end-user devices
• Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Terraform, Ansible
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Ability to work closely with developers in an Agile/DevOps culture

Certifications (Preferred):

• CompTIA Network+, Security+, A+
• CCNA or equivalent
• Azure Fundamentals or Administrator
• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
• ITIL 4 Foundation or PMP

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 (Competitive, based on qualifications and experience)
