- Provide technical assistance and support to the Chairman.
- Act for and on behalf of the Chairman as s/he may be empowered
- Ensure preparation of impeccable technical reports and project plans.
- Handle other tasks as may be directed by the Chairman.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Bsc or HND in Real Estate, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Business Admin.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in real estate, construction management, or executive assistance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent technical writing and reporting skills.
Digital competence and proficiency with project management tools.
