  • Provide technical assistance and support to the Chairman.
  • Act for and on behalf of the Chairman as s/he may be empowered
  • Ensure preparation of impeccable technical reports and project plans.
  • Handle other tasks as may be directed by the Chairman.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bsc or HND in Real Estate, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Business Admin.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in real estate, construction management, or executive assistance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent technical writing and reporting skills.

Digital competence and proficiency with project management tools.
