Plan, organize, and oversee mill operations. Ensure optimal production levels, quality, and efficiency.

Monitor and control production costs. Develop and implement production schedules.

Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment.

Ensure plant reliability and uptime. Manage maintenance budget.

Implement predictive maintenance programs.

Ensure quality of crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel oil (PKO). Implement quality control procedures.

Monitor laboratory testing and analysis. Address quality issues.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Implement environmental management systems.

Monitor and control waste management. Conduct risk assessments.

Lead and manage mill staff. Conduct performance evaluations. Foster a positive work culture.

Manage mill budget. Control operating cost. Optimize resource utilization. Ensure cost-effective solutions.

Oversee raw material sourcing. Manage inventory levels. Coordinate logistics and transportation.

Overall, in charge of mill operation, Manage Mill operations in effective and efficient manner ensuring

optimum level of productivity.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations. Monitor changes in regulations.

Pay: ₦3,600,000.00 – ₦5,400,000.00 per year
