Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify sales leads from various channels (cold calls, LinkedIn, events, emails)
- Present product demos and pitches tailored to client needs across sectors.
- Maintain long-term client relationships through continuous engagement and support.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales messaging and campaigns.
- Track sales pipeline, progress, and outcomes using CRM tools.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to represent the brand
Top 3 Goals:
- Monthly Sales Target Achievement – Meet or exceed the set sales quota for assigned products and markets.
- New Client Acquisition – Secure new schools or enterprise clients per quarter.
- Client Conversion Rate – Convert at least 25% of qualified leads into paying clients through consistent follow-up and strategic engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
Interest in technology, education, and digital solutions
Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
Experience in B2B sales or SaaS is an added advantage
