Ariele Agency is hiring a detailed, excellent, and visionary Team Lead – Project Management to guide our Sales & Marketing Specialists as they drive growth across SaaS platforms, with a strong focus on fintech, real estate, and tech markets.

This role is designed for a confident leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, is detail-obsessed, and can coach a team to consistently hit targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the Sales & Marketing team in meeting monthly research and pitch-related KPIs.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of compelling PowerPoint presentations and pitches.
• Monitor industry trends to inform team strategy and growth.
• Serve as the communication bridge between management and the specialist team.

Requirements:

• Prior leadership or team supervision experience (minimum 1-2 years).
• Solid grasp of project management principles; ability to oversee multiple workstreams.
• Excellent research, writing, and presentation skills.
• Must not be a student and must be able to commit to at least one year with the Agency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦500,000.00 per month

Location:  Enugu, Lagos or Abuja.
