Key Responsibilities

• Design and Drafting: Create innovative architectural designs, floor plans, and construction drawings for residential and commercial projects.
• Project Supervision: Oversee site projects to ensure alignment with architectural plans, design specifications, and construction standards.
• 3D Visualization & Rendering: Develop high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings to present concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Space Planning & Optimization: Design efficient space layouts that enhance functionality and aesthetics.
• Material Selection & Compliance: Recommend building materials and finishes while ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulations, and safety codes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, contractors, interior designers, and real estate developers to bring architectural concepts to life.
• Sustainable & Smart Design: Incorporate eco-friendly and smart-home technologies into architectural plans.
• Client Consultations: Meet with clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in architectural design and construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian building regulations and urban planning laws.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and project teams.
