Requirements
Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
Support in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Assist with job postings and employer branding activities.
Prepare interview materials, reports, and presentations for hiring managers.
Help organize recruitment events, job fairs, and outreach programs.
Perform market research and assist in analyzing recruitment metrics.
Provide administrative support for the overall recruitment process.
