Support Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Support Engineer with 2 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing technical issues, ensuring smooth system operations, and providing timely support to internal teams and external partners.

Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years in a technical support or IT support role

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with Laravel backend frameworks is crucial.

Experience with system monitoring tools and ticketing systems.

Basic understanding of APIs and database queries (e.g., MySQL).

Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical teams.

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with Linux and terminal server use.

Understanding of logistics workflows and operational challenges.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 – ₦200,000.00 per month
