Job Description:

• The study Advisor will be responsible for guiding students through the end-to-end process of their study applications in educational institutions abroad.

Requirement/Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences or any related discipline
• 1-2 years experience in customer service or a related discipline
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent grasp of verbal and written communication

Responsibilities:

• Research information on schools and course options.
• Follow up on students’ applications with school representatives.
• Resolve student’s queries and problems promptly.
• Provide guidance and support for students throughout the application process.
• Review student’s eligibility for different courses and advise accordingly.
• Provide career counselings to prospective students.
