We are currently seeking a Student Counselor Intern who is smart, eager to learn, and passionate about guiding students in achieving their academic goals. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in student advisory services while working in a supportive, fast-paced, and international-facing environment.

• Experience Level : Internship & Graduate
• Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year

Responsibilities:

• Assist students in understanding available study abroad options and help match them with suitable programs and institutions.
• Provide accurate information about admission requirements, visa processes, and program structures.
• Respond promptly to student inquiries via email, phone, or direct meetings (online or in person).
• Support the end-to-end application process, including document review and submission.
• Maintain organized student records and ensure up-to-date documentation.
• Follow up with prospective students to track progress and encourage timely actions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Participate in training and orientation sessions to improve knowledge of educational programs and counseling best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND in any relevant field (Social Sciences, Education, Communication, etc.).
• Smart, adaptable, and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a keen interest in helping others.
• Eagerness to learn about the global education system and international student services.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid team structure.
