The Strategic Partnerships Executive is responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies that drive user acquisition, increase engagement, and unlock new business opportunities.
This role requires someone who is proactive, results-driven, and a strong negotiator—able to identify valuable partners, close deals, and ensure long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Development & Execution
Identify, evaluate, and secure high-impact partnerships with corporate clients, fleet operators, fintech companies, government agencies, logistics providers, and large organizations.
- Develop a pipeline of strategic partners who can drive user adoption, increase driver onboarding, or enhance LisBon’s service offerings.
Build and execute co-branded campaigns, referral programs, and joint initiatives that benefit both LisBon and its partners.
Negotiate contract terms, revenue-sharing agreements, and long-term deals that align with LisBon’s growth objectives.
Market Expansion & Business Growth
Identify new opportunities for expansion into cities, regions, and industries that align with LisBon’s growth strategy.
Work closely with the market expansion team to ensure that partnerships contribute to regional and global growth.
Analyze competitor partnerships to develop a competitive advantage and create unique market entry strategies.
Relationship Management & Partner Success
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring long-term value for both parties.
- Act as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
Track performance metrics, engagement levels, and partnership success rates, providing regular updates to leadership.
Resolve partner concerns, optimize partnership benefits, and ensure consistent value delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure partnerships align with business objectives.
Collaborate with sales and revenue teams to identify monetization opportunities through partnerships.
- Support the product team in integrating new partner-driven features or services into the LisBon app.
Data-Driven Strategy & Reporting
Use data analytics to measure partnership effectiveness, track performance KPIs, and optimize deal structures.
- Provide regular reports on partnership growth, market trends, and business opportunities.
Recommend improvements and strategies based on data insights, market research, and competitor analysis.
What We’re Looking For
✅ 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales in a startup, mobility, fintech, logistics, or marketplace environment.
✅ Strong experience in negotiating and closing high-value partnerships.
✅ Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and execute growth opportunities through partnerships.
✅ Strong understanding of B2B sales, business expansion, and corporate engagement.
✅ Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
✅ Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to optimize partnerships.
✅ Ability to work independently, drive results, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
? Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience working in ride-hailing, logistics, fintech, or marketplace platforms.
Existing network of potential corporate partners, fleet owners, government contacts, or fintech firms.
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) for partnership management.
- Understanding of API integrations for tech-driven partnerships
