Job Description: 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record construction materials and tools upon delivery.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
  • Issue materials and tools to site workers based on approved requests.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement requests when necessary.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of materials to prevent damage or loss.
  • Conduct periodic stock-taking and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Work closely with procurement, project managers, and site supervisors to track material usage.
  • Enforce safety and security protocols for site inventory management.
  • Prepare and submit inventory reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a storekeeper in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in inventory software or Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦500,000.00 – ₦700,000.00 per month
