Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and drive store performance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise store staff and operations to ensure smooth daily activities

Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management

Ensure visual merchandising and cleanliness standards are met

Train, mentor, and support team members

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints

Prepare reports and assist with budgeting and sales forecasting

Requirements:

Previous retail or store supervisory experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and multitask

Basic knowledge of inventory systems and POS

Flexible availability

Pay: ₦120,000.00 per month
