Job Description:
The Store Manager will ensure operational efficiency, excellent customer service, effective team leadership, and achievement of sales targets within their assigned unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all daily operations of a designated store/outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met and exceeded.
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets for the store.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, stock rotation, and minimize waste within the store.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout the premises.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and statutory regulations.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing feedback to management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in store management or a similar role within a fast-paced service environment.
- Significant experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to manage a standalone unit, achieve sales targets, and lead a team effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of inventory management principles.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the hospitality industry.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Willingness and availability to work long hours and most weekends as required by the hospitality industry’s operational demands.
