Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Stock Officer to manage inventory, track stock levels, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Responsibilities include receiving and organizing stock, conducting regular counts, and reporting discrepancies. Ideal candidates should have basic inventory management experience and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and organise incoming stock.
• Update inventory records and track stock movement.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper labelling and safe storage of items.
• Report low stock and coordinate restocking needs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in inventory or stock management is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills (Excel or inventory software).
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Minimum Qualification : Degree
• Experience Level : Entry level
