Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spa operations, staff coordination, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day spa operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of spa staff including therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
• Ensure excellent client service and satisfaction at all times.
• Monitor appointment bookings, staff schedules, and service delivery.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional spa environment.
• Handle client feedback, complaints, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Train and motivate staff to uphold service standards.
• Monitor inventory and ensure adequate stock of spa supplies and products.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Report to management with updates on spa performance and staff needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in a supervisory or management role in a spa, salon, or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in spa management software is an added advantage.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, manage a team, and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦150,000.00 per month
