Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve defects, improve testing strategies, and contribute to seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for web, mobile, and/or software applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure software quality.
• Write and maintain test scripts for automated testing using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Assist in the development of test plans and testing strategies.
• Provide feedback to improve development and QA processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in software testing (manual and automation).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and different testing methodologies.
• Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
• Familiarity with API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
• Proficiency in using bug tracking and test management tools.
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL for validating test results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

• Experience in performance testing with JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and testing in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.

Experience with mobile app testing.
