Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Management:

  • Manage and update A.I Realent’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn).
  • Create engaging property listing posts, stories, and reels with captivating descriptions.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with videographers for video content creation.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.

Website & SEO Optimization:

  • Upload and edit property listings on the company website.
  • Write SEO-optimized descriptions for properties and blog content.
  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO to improve website ranking.
  • Conduct keyword research to target property buyers and investors in Abuja.
  • Optimize Google My Business for local search visibility.

Ads Creation and Monitoring:

  • Develop and execute paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
  • Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and copy.
  • Track leads and conversions from campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to track website and social media performance.
  • Provide monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze campaign data to drive improvements in strategy.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms, especially in real estate.
  • Proficiency in SEO strategies and tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Experience with paid advertising on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills for property listings.
  • Experience with website content management systems (WordPress preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of photo and video editing for social media posts.
  • Ability to interpret analytics and provide actionable insights.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Abuja’s real estate market is a plus.
  • Experience with real estate listing platforms (like PropertyPro, PrivateProperty, or Nigeria Property Centre).
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or other design tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: ₦90,000.00 – ₦100,000.00 per month
