Job Description:

We are hiring for the position of Social media manager & content creator.
As a social media manager & content creator at BrandDrive, your core focus will be on increasing brand awareness through the effective use of social media outlets. . For this role, you need to be a highly creative and qualitative thinker.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality & engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Run advertising campaigns and increase social media engagement
• Write and edit engaging blog posts, and email marketing campaigns
• Manage social media accounts by posting regular updates, responding to comments and messages, and growing our follower base
• Collaborate with other team members to develop marketing strategies & campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with current social media trends and best practices
• Monitor analytics to measure the success of social media campaigns and make recommendations/ adjust strategies as needed
• Work closely with our graphic designer to create visually appealing and on-brand social media content
• Interact with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
• Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a content creator and social media manager
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: ₦100,000.00 – ₦150,000.00 per month
