Job Description:

We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to grow and manage our online presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll be responsible for content planning, engagement, community management, and reporting insights.

• Minimum Qualification : Degree
• Experience Level : Mid level
• Experience Length : 3 years

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and post content across platforms
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs
• Collaborate with video editors and coaches to generate content ideas
• Analyse and report performance metrics and grow engagement and brand awareness through strategic campaigns

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing business social media pages
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms
• Canva and basic video editing experience a plus
• Strong communication and copywriting skills
• Stable internet and electricity
• Willing to do a 2-week unpaid trial
• Proficiency in tools like Canva Meta Business Suite and scheduling platforms
• Strong understanding of social media growth strategies and algorithms
• Ability to write compelling brand-aligned captions
• Data-driven mindset for tracking insights and engagement
• Basic video editing knowledge
