You will own our brand voice online, craft compelling content, grow our audience, and convert engagement into trust and leads. Collaborate with marketing, product, and business‑development teams to align social strategies with our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a social‑media content strategy tailored to agritech and sustainability audiences
Create and publish high‑quality posts, reels, videos, and stories for Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
Engage daily with followers: respond to comments/DMs and foster community
Monitor agri‑business and social‑media trends; propose fresh content ideas
Partner with design to produce graphics, short videos, and animations
Track KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth); deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Plan and manage paid social‑media ad campaigns to boost reach and lead generation
Coordinate with agricultural influencers and partners to expand our digital footprint
Requirements:
2+ years of social‑media management experience, ideally in startups, agribusiness, or tech
Exceptional copywriting and visual‑communication skills
Proficiency with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram Reels, and analytics tools
Creative thinker with strong attention to brand consistency and detail
Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
