Job Description:

We’re seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist who also has strong graphic design skills. You will take full ownership of our brand’s social media presence—from content planning to design. A digital-savvy marketer who knows how to grow and engage online, creating visually appealing content, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy and Management.

• Develop and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
• Publish and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor performance analytics and use insights to improve reach and engagement.
• Engage with followers replying to comments, messages and building community.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.

Content Creation & Visual Design

• Create high-quality, engaging visuals and multimedia content (static posts, reels, carousels, videos).
• Design graphics for social media, email marketing, and promotions.
• Maintain consistency with brand identity in all creative output.

Brand & Campaign Collaboration

• Work with internal teams to align social media campaigns with brand and business goals.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, product launches, and digital activations.
• Track and report on KPIs for social media campaigns and content performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Media, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in managing social media accounts (freelance, agency, or in-house).
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and content planning tools (e.g. Buffer, ).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Understanding of engagement metrics, trends, and social growth strategies.
• Excellent communication, time management, and creative problem-solving skills.
