Opik Gold Resources Limited is a fast-growing wellness brand dedicated to delivering high-quality herbal supplements. We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and results-driven Social Media Assistant to enhance our digital footprint. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our online presence, engaging our audience, and driving brand awareness and sales through compelling content and strategic campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a content calendar across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content including graphics, videos, Reels, Stories, and captions that reflect the brand’s tone and message
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to improve performance and reach
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns aimed at increasing product visibility and customer conversion
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align online promotions with business goals
• Track and analyze performance metrics; deliver weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations
• Manage influencer partnerships, giveaways, and digital campaigns to build community engagement
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and protect the company’s reputation across all online platforms

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media for a brand or business
• Strong understanding of content creation, social media algorithms, and digital engagement strategies
• Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar software
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• A creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing, trends, and the wellness industry
• Ready to work onsite

Pay: ₦120,000.00 – ₦150,000.00 per month
