Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality posts, including photos, videos, graphics, and captions, that highlight our solar products, customer testimonials, and sustainability mission.
• Create and share innovative content showcasing a dlight.com product (e.g., the d.light S610 Solar Lantern) to demonstrate its benefits, integrating it into our brand narrative, and posting it on solarbyinspiresia or as directed by the team.
• Social Media Management: Manage and update our Instagram and Facebook pages (solarbyinspiresia) with consistent, on-brand content to grow our audience and engagement.
• Product Promotion: Develop compelling product listings and descriptions optimized for social media, emphasizing features, benefits, and installation details of our solar solutions.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and technologies to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Audience Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on our social media platforms to build a strong community around our brand.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth) and provide weekly/monthly insights to refine our content strategy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a content creator or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing social media content (Instagram and Facebook preferred).
• Strong skills in photography, videography, and graphic design (e.g., Canva, Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools).
• Excellent writing skills for crafting engaging captions, posts, and product descriptions.
• Familiarity with solar energy or renewable energy topics is a plus (but not required and willingness to learn is key).
• Ability to research and creatively adapt products from dlight.com into Inspiresia’s brand messaging.
• Knowledge of social media algorithms, hashtags, and best practices to maximize visibility.
• Based in Bwari or nearby areas for easy collaboration and occasional in-person tasks (e.g., product photoshoots).
• Creative mindset, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Access to a smartphone or camera for content creation is a plus.
