Poly Dickson Nig. Ltd is seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and result-driven Social Media Assistant to oversee and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, managing social media platforms, engaging with our online community, and helping drive brand awareness and sales through compelling digital storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic content calendar for all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, stories, etc.) aligned with brand voice and goals.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to optimize performance.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive product awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align online promotions with business goals.
- Track performance metrics and provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Manage influencer partnerships, giveaways, and online promotions.
- Protect the company’s online reputation and ensure consistency in brand messaging.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
- Strong understanding of content creation, engagement strategies, and social media algorithms.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or other graphic/video editing tools.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset and a passion for digital marketing and wellness.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 – ₦120,000.00 per month
