Job Description:

We are seeking three (3) experienced Electrical Engineers to support the electrical design, installation, and maintenance of smart building systems and lot infrastructure. The ideal candidates will play a key role in integrating intelligent electrical systems into modern buildings and outdoor facility layouts. This is an on-site role for professionals passionate about innovation, energy efficiency, and practical engineering execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and supervise electrical installations in smart buildings, including lighting, power distribution, and automation systems.
• Oversee wiring, conduit layouts, and electrical systems in external building lots (e.g., parking areas, backup power zones, outdoor lighting).
• Install and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS), smart controls, and IoT-enabled devices.
• Conduct load calculations, energy audits, and propose efficiency improvements.
• Prepare and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints using AutoCAD and related tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and Nigerian Electrical Code.
• Supervise contractors and technicians on-site, ensuring timely and quality project delivery.
• Perform routine testing, inspections, and maintenance of installed systems.
• Collaborate with civil, mechanical, and architectural teams during execution.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Eng or B.Sc.) in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum of 3–5 years relevant field experience in building services or smart infrastructure projects.
• Experience in smart systems, energy management, BMS, and external electrical layouts.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical, Revit MEP, and electrical load design tools (e.g., ETAP, Dialux).
• Strong project supervision and team coordination skills.
• Knowledge of Nigerian Electrical Safety Standards and construction site protocols.
• COREN registration or in progress is an added advantage.
• HSE certification is a plus.

Pay: ₦450,000.00 per month
