Job Description:

The Site Engineer to join our team will take charge of overseeing site operations, managing costs efficiently, and providing detailed reports to supervisors. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in property management, cost management, and renovations, with a focus on problem-solving, project management, and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to oversee renovations and property maintenance.
• Implement cost management strategies to optimize project expenses and resources.
• Provide detailed reports to supervisors on project progress, costs, and potential issues.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute project schedules and milestones.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address site-related challenges and make informed decisions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the property industry, with a focus on renovations and property management.
• Strong project management skills and experience in cost management and reporting.
• Demonstrated integrity, organization, and decision-making skills in site operations.
• Proficiency in time management to meet project deadlines and milestones.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills
  Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₦600.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abuja: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Undergraduate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Site Engineer: 2 years (Required)
