Job Description:

Sate Novero is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Architect with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing construction sites from concept to completion. The successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing on-site architectural activities, ensuring design integrity, construction quality, and project timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all architectural aspects of construction projects on-site, from pre-construction planning to final handover.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and design compliance.
• Review and interpret architectural plans, ensuring adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress and resolve any design or construction conflicts that arise during implementation.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to track performance, identify issues, and implement corrective measures.
• Prepare and update project documentation, including reports, drawings, RFIs, and site instructions.
• Collaborate with the project manager to align construction progress with project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety protocols.

Supervise subcontractors and ensure high standards of workmanship.

 Responsibilities

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Site Architect in residential, commercial or institutional projects. Experience should include Wet works/Civil construction and interior finishing etc.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional license or registration is an advantage.
